2. Services Overview

NotoriaX provides three categories of offerings:

Notary Services for Entrepreneurs – official document certification and legal attestations;
Digital Guides and Manuals – downloadable instructional materials;
Physical Documents and Materials – printed forms and related supplies.

3. Specific Terms

3.1 Notary Services for Entrepreneurs

Our notary services include document review, authentication, and seal application. To request a cancellation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule at no additional charge or request a refund of any prepayment. All approved refunds for these services will be processed within 14 days of confirmation via the original payment method. Once an official seal has been applied or a submission has been dispatched to an external registry, no refund is available due to the irreversible nature of these actions.

3.2 Digital Guides and Manuals

Digital materials are available instantly after purchase. If you have not downloaded the guide within 7 days, you may request a refund by contacting us through our contact form. Upon approval, refunds will be issued within 14 days. Alternatively, you may transfer access rights to another individual upon request.

3.3 Physical Documents and Materials

Printed items will be shipped upon order confirmation. You may return non-customized materials within 30 days of receipt, provided they remain unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we confirm receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days. If you need to change the delivery date, please contact us before shipment. Customized print requests and personalized letterheads are exempt from returns due to their bespoke nature.

4. Refund Policy

To initiate a refund, submit your request through our contact form with proof of purchase. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be executed within 14 days via the original payment channel. You may also request to postpone or reschedule services instead of seeking a refund, subject to the rules outlined above in each category.

5. Limitation of Liability

NotoriaX shall not be responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the six months prior to any claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
